Triggered the alarm by accident at 2:15 AM Friday, the security guard came +- 20min later. After numerous times getting in and out of his car (as loud as he can slamming the car door every time) he eventually spoke to the control room to get our access code for the main gate. This code was given to him repeatedly so loud that the whole neighborhood could hear it. We had to take off the access panel to avoid intruders who now know our code to open the gate. Then he did NOT went around the house to inspect but (all lights were off) shouted from outside to us for a security code.We have NEVER had good service from Mamba, the sales lady Charmain lied to us numerous of times when we tried to fix the problems we have with their control room and the security guards. I rather take a chance with SA police.......Do NOT sign anything with this company !

After what happened in White River, it just shows that they are the worst kind of human beings.I will never have anything good to say about them

Unfortunate surcimstances. Mamba Security has for many years been the best security company in the edenvale area. They have a strong history with the area and have historically been extremely involved in the area. Unfortunately they appear to be understaffed and unmotivated. Their response times are either amazong or terrible, their have been many occasions when they havent responded to activations at all. Unfortunately if you live in edenvale they may be the better of many evils. I really hope to see mamba improve in the near future.

I am absolutely impressed with Mamba security in Edenglen. My car battery was flat outside a residential house near Edenglen Primary School and I remembered seeing 2 Mamba patrol cars so I walked down to he boom and asked one of the Mamba security to please assist, he radioed and as we were walking up with my kids the Mamba car was coming down. They made a u turn and came over to assist by push starting the car. I am grateful because I really wasnt comfortable with leaving it outside someones property and on the street. I am a full contributor to the road closure and am happy I made the right decision by doing so.Lazarus and Rondo Thank you for your prompt assistance 🙏

Been with PHP security for a long time and always had excellent service until mamba took them over recently. Since mamba took over i have had 2 incidents with my alarm. On both occasions mamba didnt call or send a car. I have now taken the service of another security company.

Their guard keeps us awake all night by blowing a whistle and nothing is done about him despite multiple complaints.

Absolutely useless break in response service. Stay away from Mamba. Unfortunately I have experienced this on 2 occasions within the last 4 months. On both occasions Mamba failed to respond despite receiving multiple notifications that something was amiss. Never bothered to notify me either. Now changing to another security provider.

We are really pleased to be with Mamba Security. We needed them on a few occasions and they never failed us. Tech team are very knowledgeable and work with pride.

Pathetic service. Came to our house a month ago for business. Never kept in contact or told us about installation etc. Paid them admin fees and other fees on the day we signed. Asking for my monies back and up to the general manager Ryan is ignoring me. Terrible and unprofessional!
