The worst experience ever! Very unprofessional! Even after I booked a day in advance to allow them to get everything in place, the 4-hour job became an 8-hour one! I came from Lydenburg to get my towbar fitted here and had to arrive at home after 21H00 because of their incompetence. When they came to the part where they had to install the harness, they discovered they didnt have any and had to get one delivered! Then, the R3500 price became R3950 when I went to pay, because they neglected to state that the price excludes VAT! I would not recommend their service to anyone, not even my enemies!

I popped in, without an appointment, just to ask if they could check what is wrong with my trailer lights ect.They were so helpful and friendly, and looked at my trailer straight away.Turns out that there is something wrong with the wiring and I left it there for they to sort out.Must say, I am VERY HAPPY with the service I have received from them.THANK YOU Edenvale Towbar

Had a tow bar fitted which has been installed wrong, I manage to contact the work shop two weeks ago to sort it out, and I was promised that someone would come out on site and sort it out. Until today I have not heard from anyone nor can I get hold of anyone. I have been to the workshops and they are empty and looks like they have closedPlease can someone get back to me with some information

Ajay promised us a refund for a botched towbar installation and is now saying he wont give us the money back. Turns out that he is quite well known in the community for doing this. DONT USE THEM and save yourself the trouble

We went there for a price on towbars and no one could help us with prices we left a business card there for the Manager/Owner to call us back with a price which they said it would be before 14h00 and its now 18h39 and still NO ONE gave us a call.

Having a towbar installed at this place is the biggest mistake you can make. Francois is the king of all Bull........s! He keeps on making promises, but does not deliver. I ended up paying for an imported Thule like towbar (R8700!) that was built in-house by themselves, after which I was supplied with a second hand gooseneck, 1 key, no towball protector or carry bag! I had to collect the proper spares myself, a week later from Thule.AJ is nowhere to be found, does not answer his phone or responds to messages!You will find it extremely difficult to find a worse service provider!Sorry for the willing people in the workshop trying their best.

We have a fleet of courier vehicles and Edenvale Towbars have fitted over 30 of my trucks and bakkies with towbars and bull bars. I have never had an issue with the workman ship. Perfect Quality as my vehicles have used them on a daily bases. Keep up the great work. I recommend larger businesses and corporate companies to use Edenvale towbars

They did poor work on my car and stuffed up with the electronics which will now void my guarantee. They promised me a full refund when they uninstalled the towbar after I took it back. Ive waited over two weeks and got the run around. Bank details were provided and evidence of this sent to Ajay who claimed he wasnt the owner at first, but is in fact an owner. He then got a lawyer to advise me that I wont get a refund but yet he has posted that I will on this platform. Charges for a towbar, does a poor job, then takes back the towbar and doesnt give you your money back!

Clients BEWARE:Went there in start of May18 to get a rollbar for Isuzu. They didnt have stock and said we can pay and incluse courier then they will ship it. After a month still no feedback or courier. After almost two months we cancelled and was told it is okay and they will refund, but have called Franscois and AJ numerous times, every week since then but still no resolve.If you pay for something with them make sure you get the item immediately otherwise dont make payment. They are evasive when it comes to refunds. They gave me two other numbers also for the lady making payments but those numbers are just bogus as they have never worked.Im tired waiting on these scammers and will start further procedings from now.

Excellent service and cheaper than others

Called twice for an invoice to get black Friday special pricing. I was told that I HAVE to pay today 23 November 2018. In order to qualify for the price. Then I got in my car and drove all the way there. Gave the lady all my details so she Could send the invoice to my office so payment could be made. Still nothing. I suppose I will have to go somewhere else for the towbars required. Not happy.

Service is very much poor at Akita shop i accompany my father to fit rollbar to the bakkie and he ask 50%for deposit and my father did it on 2017-09-07 till today he is waiting for rollbar to be fit, what he got is empty promises that rollbar is cuming with courrier.they dont care about us

Very very bad when I went into the shop,The guy that is supposed to do the sales was sleeping in The vehicle. Then when he finally got up, I asked For a quote Then tells me he will send it to me via email till today I’ve received nothing from him.

You have moved and have not updated the address on Google nor your own website. You have customers like myself driving around looking for your establishment and cannot find it. I phoned and still could not find it. Ridiculous
