Great service and advise, professional service

Unpleasant Experience - They were very rude in handling questions about scratches on my car. My car was scratched while in the workshop. Mike even went and checked the CCTV and I followed him to his office but still he came with a reply saying he cannot go 7 days back to check when i brought in the car. I told him that you could just check the CCTV on the workshop which probably he did in his office and i saw it from outside there was no scratch on my car. Ultimately; they thought that i was taking my chances not to pay the amount; but it was not about that as I did pay full amount. It was a very unpleasant experience. I hope that someone else does not suffer from such hence i decided to write this review. Please take pictures of your car from all sides before you decide to send in for repairs. My car went in on 22nd April 2021 and I got it back on 04th May 2021.

They were very quick in sorting my transmission . Under promised and definitely over delivered . Got me back on the road in 2 days. Well done 👍

The best place to take your vehicle to for transmission issues. Very professional, helpful, friendly and always happy to help and listen carefully to concerns as a customer. They always go out of their way to ensure they give you the best experience while your vehicle is with them. The workshop is large, always very clean and tidy. Vehicles do not stay with them for to long and the turn around times for massive jobs are amazing. I have had to back once for a minor gearbox problem and they assisted me immediately with no questions asked as it was still under their 1 year warranty. They work on any vehicle and also accept warranty plans such as Motorhappy, Innovation, SA Warranty etc. And they are RMI Approved. Thus far I have had a great experience with them and I will definitely suggest taking your vehicle to them should you have transmission issues.

Great place. Everything is here. Cranes for hard to reach work places,heavy duty truck services are available. Transmission services at their best and in a short period of time too. Great staff,reasonable prices and a great view from the from gate of the mountain range.
