Appaling the way that this practice seems to book 15 clients for the same time slot, and , of course, keep us all waiting... And when our turn finally comes, instead of the normal, basic, 15 min consultation with your doctor (that we pay good money for), we have to share the room with 2 other patients, at the same time. Like a production line. Not professional ...

Lionels good but his assistants are terrible. No delicate capabilities at all. They just expect you (& tell you) to be quiet so they can adjust your braces then you must go so they can do the next patient.
