My labels where perfectly done and on time

Friendly and helpful staff. Labels always of high quality and well presented

Not reliable! At first they promised same day delivery, which did NOT happen. Then when phoning to find out where is the parcel they cannot understand why a customer is not happy with their service! By the next day at 5 pm the parcel was still not delivered! Poor service! They do not even reply to messages sent.
