I drove all the way from Midrand to come here and they are not open, called so many times no one answers, if its closed why are you not updating your website. Very disappointed

Didnt allow us to park in the facility to pick up a large order. Even though the parking lot was empty. We had to risk being ran into by on coming traffic. Seemed a bit unreasonable as the parking on the facility was empty.

Drove from Klerksdorp to buy. Shop moved. When we arrived at gate, we were informed we are not allowed in, as we can only buy online. Google shows instore option. Phone lines out of order. Very disappointing

According to the website they open at 8h30 on a Saturday. I waited and waited at the gate. The radio was blarring on the top floor ,I shouted to attract some attention but no success. Eventually I left at 10h00. Really dissapointing. !!!

What a lovely experience on the online store

Ok so they moved to a different store. Then they only do online deliveries but there is a minimum of R450 per order. They are HARD TO CONTACT. Ive been a client in 2019 and I never meet their minimum online order so walking in works for me, but since that isnt happening, Ill have to wait until they are ready to allow walk ins.

Online ordering is super easy and delivery is always fast! I love the productsUnfortunately I ordered the whipped body butter but have issues with it going hard even after I’ve followed the instructions, I cannot contact anyone to help me with this issues and it is very annoying as I’ve spent money and the products is just hard! No one to contact for enquiries or issues

Customers are still not allowed to view products before buying, some companies are now allowing customers to their premises.....

The place is a bit hectic in non-Covid times, but their stock is superb and they have most anything an amateur soap maker would need! Their website is a bit confusing.

They have great products but need to work on their communication. Ive made Online enquiries 3 times about items being available in store and theyd say yes but once I went into the store to buy they said theyre still waiting on shipment why tell me inaccurate information online then?

Some of the prices are more expensive than my other supplier but their farmhouse soap is really great. Ive only had good feedback from people who have used it. Its a great place to get natural and skin-friendly soap.

Great selection. Great variety. Great service. Excellent quality. Extremely affordable, especially their pure essential oils. The downside though, is that this place always makes me spend more than I budgeted 😢😂

Great variety of soaps and other goodies, the Nutella soap is to die for! They have great things to make for Christmas or birthday gifts, all natural and works wonders on sensitive skin! It was a happy day indeed when I discovered this little gem. Everything one needs for soaps, candles and bath salts. Their essential oils are very well priced and they have an excellent range of fragrance oils. Top quality and much cheaper than essential oils.

If you want to make your own soap etc. This is the place to be. The soaps smell lovely, they have recipes and molds, everything you will need and you will get hooked on making your own soap. Whether it is for own use or to earn an extra income!

What a hidden gem. For those who like to get crafty, this place is a true shopping mecca! Helpful service and great variety, I went for bath bomb ingredients and got them at a fraction of the price I would elsewhere. Bombs in pucs made with 100% soap barn ingredients.

This is a wonderful place, the lady is extremely friendly and oh so helpful. They also have a large variety of bath supplies with great prices. I love their products and they are loved by family members as I always make them gifts. Would recommend them to all.
