Eleanor and Corban Jacobs went out of their way to get me an apartment in Greenstone Hill after another estate agent from another company had left me high and dry. They eventually got me a place R3000 less than the owner was asking and this is the perfect place we wanted. Thanks a lot, guys, keep up the good work.

Rowcor - Edenvale Branch - In April 2020, our tenant erroneously paid Rowcor their partial rent instead of us & fight is going until august 2020, still didnt received any amount.Again tenant erroneously paid to Rowcor bank account in Sept 2020 & Dec 2020 - . We contacted principal Eleanor immediately to notify them. We were acknowledged with Rowcor & Attorney said he gave instruction to them that they would pay it back. We have not received any amount back from them, despite the numerous emails & phone calls. They wont even take our phone calls now... SCAMMERS/FRAUD/MONEY LAUNDERING.

To be honest Im a type of person who never do something like this, but i have to share my experience with you about Rowcor Properties, after we looked at a place they pressure you to make payments of deposit and rent and administration fees, once that is done and its time for them to repay your money you wait a month plus, they make empty promises and do not stick to their word, if you try to phone them even at their branch they just dont pick up their phones they ignore you. I will most definitely not recommend this agency to any of my friends nor anybody else.

Run away and run far. 3 months on going battle trying to get my deposit back since tenant moved out. I had to find out she moved out from another real estate company. No rent payments nothing promised is ever done. Who ever says Eleanor is honest in my opinion is lying. No answers to emails, no answers to messages of any kind. No answers to phone calls. I would not use this agency at all. They have the worst reputation ever. I cannot stress the level of u professionalism that this company has. An agent Kalyne something placed her cousin at my property. Everything seemed fine however on the day of the move I discovered that they didnt pay the full deposit. I had to nag them for this. I forcefully had to get them out after R7000 Rands in fines and numerous meetings with the estate managers. I told the agent about all of the hassles I was having and she really didnt care to get involved. R50000 later after renovations as the toilet was broken, the light fittings were removed, the shower handle was sawed off, the bathtub had holes in it and the curtain rails were off the walls, I just cannot express my disappointment at dealing with this agency. They agent never refunded the commission or replaced the tenant. If zero was an option of service they would be - 1. Please do not get fooled by scheming agencies such as this.

Queen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She went over and above to assist us with a move during a very difficult time. She communicated with us regularly so we were always informed of what was going on. Highly recommended!

Initially great service but now tenants have absconded after 2 months and Rowcor will not reply to emails or refund fees on a Pro rata basis. Unit has now been empty for 5 months.

I paid my deposit and all the administrative fees to secure a property i wanted to rent. After two days I followed up to confirm if everything is in order and then get told the property was given to someone else. I requested my money back but my emails and phone calls are being ignored. Dont ever use them. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them. Horrible horrible service.

They are absolutely the worst, filled with empty promises.Have you go through the checklist and promise all those things will be fixed as soon as you sign the lease and make payment. Still none of the things have been fixed, all contact made regarding this has been ignored. An agreement was made by rhem for a stove to be installed within the end of the first month, , one year later still no stove and still being ignored.PLEASE AVOID THESE CROOKS!!!

Terrible service. Agent was friendly and helpful, but when I ran late at work and saw that I will not make the appointment to view the property I phoned to inform her that I will not make it long before our appointment, she then started to yell and insult me over the phone. This is no way to treat potential clients and I will recommend friends against this company.

Absolute worst service Ive ever received. They placed a tenant for us and due to the fact that were based in Cape town we decided they should also manage the property, big mistake! In the 12 months that theyve been managing it, weve never received the rental payment within a week. Emails are ignored and agents get changed without any communication. I dont even think we have an agent now. If youre considering using them, dont, its just going to be a nightmare

Please stay away from this agent, they will rob you blind...

These people have absolutely Harassed me with unsolicited phone calls, sometimes up to 18 times a day. I have called, emailed and posted to thier Facebook page asking them to please stop, and yet, the harassment continues!

Unprofessional. Although the agent responded quickly to my query and request to view the property, and agent’s assistant called soon after to verify my details, when I received the information it included the wrong contact number for the agent and an unverified property address. The viewing did not go ahead because the property was in an entity different suburb.Beside the logistical/administrative hiccup, the agent was dismissive, undiplomatic and lacked a service orientation.
