They are very quick. Only ever went here thus far for bfast and lunch. No lines, very quick service, good service.
Waited half an hour for food. The cashier said 3 mins left for the chicken to be done. Then people with higher numbers than me were given their food. The cashier took my order and I paid then said the chicken will take ten mins. I asked her why didnt she tell me that first. Then asked her to go and check how long she came back saying 3mins. Bad service
Walked into store all staff where screaming at each other at the top of their voices I think they werent expecting a walk in customer, sounded like a Saturday night party. My pre-ordered food (on app) wasnt on their system. Re-ordered on Whats App in store only to receive a message that item was out of stock (after getting the order home and finding chicken and chips cold and stale I wish they would have been out of stock) image KFC out of stock of chicken. Finally got my order and the rest is history. Very disappointed dismal at best
Service was ok, but quality of food was appalling to say the least. Burger fillet was paperthin and dry. I will not support this outlet of KFC again.
Went to pick up an online order. Three staff members had no idea what to do even after giving them the order reference.They all asked about the order as if it was Greek to them. After much long and simple explanation did they understand

So far this kfc has been a hit or miss for me. Sometimes the food is perfect and other times not so good. Sometimes the cashiers and servers are nice, most times not. Try it out for yourself though, maybe i just have bad timing.
This KFC is by far the worst. I order a box master regular and not zinger. After the lady repeated zinger 3 times and I tell her no normal and she then confirms normal I still get zinger. We order a regular twister and we get sweet chilli. Chicken they say 6 min and 10min later we still dont have our order. Kinda defeats the purpose of fast food. Every time we order from this KFC there is some kind of issue.Disgusting really, but guess these are the times we live in specially in South Africa
The best KFC that had the least amount of oil on the chicken.

Just a month ago this kfc was excellent .today at 10:30am i order kfc for my child sue to not having funds to buy even an Easter egg for my kids i said let me give her a small treat only to receive yesterdays chicken and hot wings refried!!! WITH A WHOLE LOT OF HAIR!!!

Staff will try and force you to park somewhere else to improve their ratings even though they are extremely slow….
Sad to see that a new KFC like this has gone down in customer service so fast. Waiting almost a hour for 6 burgers anf then no one brings the food out when they tell you to stop in the parking you have to smell your order is ready. Really dissapointed to see this!!!!

We ordered food online and paid , we were informed that we should collect 15 to 20 minutes later. When we arrived they advised my daughter that they hadnt checked the online orders, why have it if you do not use it. Their service really sucks.

Understaffed!!!I had to wait to place an order. My wife and i were the only customers in-store, the cashier was busy running the drinks section, packing of orders, the till point, drive-thru orders and drive-thru pick up window alone. And then then they messed up my order twice. 😞
Ok food.. but terrible service
The service is actually appalling. If it’s not the tellers having a fat conversation, it’s waiting at the intercom, if it’s not that it’s finding out after you’ve paid that you need to wait 15 minutes for food. The complete disregard for common courtesy with customers is infuriating and even more infuriating is the lack of empathy and the obvious blame shifting. So incredibly disappointing.
