Terrible terrible experience at the car wash. I used to be a regular customer at the car wash and thought it would be a good idea to send my car for a valet and polish. Unfortunately, instead of picking up my car looking like new, I immediately noticed that my black high gloss door pillars were completely ruined. The pillars looked like a polish machine was incorrectly used on the surface and had taken off the high gloss layer and left ugly buff marks. I addressed this with the manager and owner who denied that this happened at the car wash and implied it was already there before the car arrived for the valet which was extremely insulting as my car is in an impeccable condition. They even went to the extent of saying that the pillars only appeared damaged based on how the sun was shining on the car. Very disappointed, upset and feeling attacked by the manager and owner, I left the car wash only to also find both my tail lights damaged, again clear to me that this was caused by incorrect use of a polish machine to the tail lights. I returned to the car wash the next day to speak to the owner who again completely denied that it could have been damaged while the car was at the car wash and offered no support in investigating this matter or trying to get to the bottom of it. Completely dismissed and disregarded and exhausted going back and forth with him, this matter has still not been resolved.My tail lights need to be replaced as the cracks have worsened as well as the door pillars needing to be replaced, a R1 500 valet and polish has actually costed me R15 000 to replace these parts. I would not recommend anyone use this service as they claim to be car care experts but have poor skill and workmanship.

My bike was cleaned to showroom quality.The customer service and attention to detail was unparalleled. They even plug the exhausts, unlike most other establishments.Jan, who greeted me and made sure my spot in the queue was secure, is a legend.Jack, who did the wash is an absolute perfectionist. No speck of dirt was safe from his cloth.

This is one of the best car washing places in JHB. They take good care of my car and when I leave its like the car just came off the showroom floor. Attention to detail and the guys working on your car is very professional. Ill recommend this car wash to anyone.

Been going to the car wash for 2 years and today the Owner comes up to me whilst in the wash bay and tells me the guys washing my car are taking too long because I tip them each time I come by -i was shocked he tells me hes losing 3-400 rand time because they wash my car for 15 minutes ,because they were busy on the Saturday they need 7 minutes a car .The worker says the car is dirty and it takes longer as each car is different. He treated me terribly today and I just kept quite and listened and said to myself il never go back ...you cant wash a car well in 7 minutes ,he puts pressure on the workers to rush because they que is getting longer...basically telling me were busy now we cant wash your car properly ...I was there the day before with my other car as well on Friday and spend 140 again and because they were quite it was ok .He almost seemed angry that I tip the workers everytime and he thinks they work extra although they just wash the car properly how it should be treated -it should be like that for every customer -a good job instead of a rushed job no matter how busy .The only reason I tip the workers is because they work hard car after car in the sun ,sometimes I buy them food which they keep aside -its just my good deed for the day and doesnt effect their work outputOther patrons heard him shout at me as he was so angry ,they asked me what happened afterwards -it was really embarrasing

Minimal dirt isolated. Happy with the service, but there is so much improvement to still do. Like brushing the mats, thoroughly cleaning the mirrors, etc

Very good. Feel my car is safe, so I leave it there and walk to the Greenston Mall. They call me when its ready. Prices reasonable too.

They have a nice waiting area, however they are also so brilliantly located that you are in walking distance to Greenstone Mall. Really love the vibe! Love their staff! Keep it up! I took my car to Autowash for a valet. The car had just been sold and I wanted it clean before delivering it to the new owner. When driving the car home, I noticed that they had created a long, deep scratch on the dashboard. I took it back and pointed this out to the staff that were on duty. I was told they would speak to management and contact me back the next day. That was last week. Its no surprise, given that the staff showed almost no interest in resolving the problem. Beware and be warned.

Extremely unhappy with auto wash greenstone 140 rand and a hour and 30mins of waiting and the car is still not clean to my satisfaction. Car wasnt wiped down properly after being washed, seats werent well cleaned as there was still dust, car wasnt vacuumed well, they wiped my rims with Tyre shine😕The worse of all the owner even had the cheek to tell me that I clearly dont work at a panel beaters if my car has so many scratches? What must I put my needs in front of my customers and spend the company money every time I have a scratch?The owner was extremely rude and I will definitely not be spending my money there if this is how I get my car back and insulted.I wouldnt recommend this car wash to anyone.

I was extremely happy with the quick and fast service on my car wash. However upon returning home, I found couple of spots on my car that was left uncleaned. Then I realized that they were not giving attention to detail while working on a car, and were rushing it to get done!

Started out good, however, I paid for a Super Wash which includes a tire shine, but when I got home I saw they never shined my tires.

This is a busy car wash but understandable as the cleaning of the car is awesome. Best car wash out of all the car washes Ive been. Very busy but still only took an hour. This will be my preferred car wash from now on.

This car wash comes highly recommended and offers valet services, which I needed. When I got there, the manager managed to sell me a full wash and an interior polish (because I had leather seats), in addition to the interior sanitizing, which was why I brought my car there.Imagine my surprise when I went back to pick up my car, only to be told, that they did not have the sanitizer - the main reason that Id brought my car in! Why was I not informed in the first place that they did not have the sanitizer. I could have taken my car elsewhere.I swallowed my anger (it was the festive season after all) and consoled myself with the fact the car was washed and polished inside.Surprise! The car was vacuumed, but hadnt been polished! And to top it off, there was STILL dog hair on my seats! At that point, I left. I had had enough!So, my question is, why offer a service if you cannot deliver? I paid double what I usually pay for a car wash, with inferior quality. At this point Im asking myself whether I should have lost my temper after recieving such bad service?As other reviews have recommended, I would avoid the Autowash Car Wash in Greenstone, unless you want non-existent services and poor quality work.

I honestly don’t l know what the people below are on about this car wash is one of the best in the business, and I’ve tried a lot of car washes as I’m very meticulous about my car.Not only do they offer a premium product in terms of soap and polish which are imported from overseas, their service has always been friendly , the owner/manager even Comes to inspect the cars that have been done to make sure his guys have done a proper job... no other car wash does this.They have a rewards system where every 4th car wash is free with a polish included.They are open sometimes till after 6pm to accommodate those people coming after work which is amazing for me as I don’t get time on a weekend.Their equipment is of such high standard I have never seen a car wash that has their own fixed vacuum, Tyre polish carpet cleaner machine at every drying bay.Their prices are even reasonable for such a high quality car wash, it’s only R100 for the entire car and tyre shine.They have a sign in the waiting area that stipulates Do Not Tip as the guys have been instructed not to ask, and I have never been asked in the 7 months I’ve been coming here. So I don’t know what the previous lady is on about. If you want to tip the guys, you Can do so when you pay for your wash and it gets distributed among the staff evenly. This is also the first car wash I’ve seen do this.They have a great waiting area with a coffee machine as well as TV to watch and a heater for winter months.I love coming here it’s one of the most professional car washes I’ve been to.And I’ve tried their mini Valet treatment and I was quite happy, my 2012 Volvo never looked cleaner!Keep it up Super Wash!

Turns out they are not very consistent. Car still very dirty inside. Waited a very long time. More than 2 hours for a basic wash. No quality checks done.

Autowash Edenvale. A disappointing and frustrating experience.I ordered a full valet, wax treatment and buff polish to remove scuff marks on a 2018 model car but I did not get what I asked for and paid for.Not a good job at all, no real effort made, I may as well have done it myself and saved R1600.Unfortunately I paid in good faith before seeing the car and when I tried to take up the problem with the owner to get the problem resolved I did not get anywhere. I guess I loose.Service and customer satisfaction can definitely be improved.The franchise complaints line is also non existent and emails bounce so there is no recourse. Beware of this supplier / franchise group.If you want a meticulous and satisfactory polish and valet job on your pride and joy I would not recommend Autowash.

Just received the crappiest service here after I was told by the manager (African Lady) that I have a mark and should pay R350 extra to remove it. After I said no she was rude enough to say I will do it for R200 then. After I said no again she just said sorry you cant afford it.Myself and husband go there almost weekly. Always the same story every thing is extra and cleaners always asking for tips after you have just paid R180 for a carwash and leather treatment. This place is a cheek and complete rip off. They wont see us again.
