It might seem very unfair to give my favourite store a 3-Stars rating, especially when I buy all my grocery from this store on daily basis.✔️ I have replaced all well-known brands with U brands knowing that U is a strong brand for a great taste and excellent quality.✔️ The Staff is super friendly, that includes security officers, they recognise me when I enter the store and welcome me with a warm friendly smile.✔️ I never shy to ask for a certain products (on which section; or availability) The staff would go out of their way to help and assist.But here are the 2 major problems that I have experience in Usave Edenvale:✖️ Unavailability of Brands/Products - There wasnt a time when i bought the exact items in my shopping list, satisfactorily. It is common that you would buy an item today and miss it for weeks to come; namely U Instant Noodles (Beef flavour); U Polony (Different size for all flavours), certain brands of milk; U (Tropika) concentrate blend; Farmhouse chocolate, vanilla & caramel icecream, and more.✖️✖️ Lack of cashiers - Sometimes, especially during peek hours and on weekends, you would be awaiting a long cue of 10 people with dozens of items and one cashier to serve them. This does not only seem to distract the buyers but it also puts pressure on the cashier. Some of the items left by previous clients (for whatever reason) seem to confuse those cashiers on which is yours and which is not; then they would throw your item after they scan it and you have to stand and put everything in the plastic while paying for them (the items).I totally understand throwing the items to quickly try to serve the next customer and the next one, but that did cause damage to some of the fragile items that I have purchased and led to some of the other items to be left behind. So having 2 cashiers and someone to help putting your items in the plastic could be a good solution.I am sure those two issues will be dealt with in better ways and that you will continue to be my favorite and I will continue to purchase from you..Thank U! Cramped space, felt a bit clastrophobic in there, but it is a Usave so a couple of bucks saved.
