I am on a 12-week programme. My first boot camp. So far I am having an amazing time. I am aiming to build body strength and endurance. The sense of camaraderie between us, the ladies, makes it more fun despite the intense nature of the exercises. I am already certain I will be joining the next boot camp after this one.

Hi, Im Vici. I attend Adventure Boot Camp for ladies in Edenvale. After just six months Ive lost 26kg, I can do squats, push-ups, sit-ups, etc., things I couldnt do just a few months ago. I have an old back injury and used to struggle with my knees. I feel amazing and loves the training outdoors.We are trained by a qualified personal trainer that really knows what hes doing. The classes are tough, but enjoyable and you work at your own pace. Another thing I like besides the fact that I look and feel amazing, is that they dont try to sell you supplements. Its just training in a positive environment with like-minded ladies. You dont have to be fit. Even if you have injuries like I have/had, the trainer will go out of his way to accommodate you and give alternative exercises that will strengthen your muscles to help rehabilitate your injuries.Its at the sports-field of Holy Rosary School and is in a boomed-off area. Theres a guard on duty and it is very safe with the best sunsets in the whole of Johannesburg.I have tried numerous other gyms, training venues and programs, but I am so glad I started training with ABC Edenvale. It has changed my life and I can really recommend it.
