Not the best service....we called prior to arriving here asking about availability of a car part which we were told was available. On arrival at the store we were being told a different story....eventually had to go to GM down the road to get the part.

I bought a clutch master and slave cylinder but apparently the guys there sold me the wrong parts. I went back for a refund and I was given a torid run around and they did not want to refund me at all. They wasted my whole day trying to prove if they were not being robbed for a misley R700.what a horrible way to deal with clients and I swear I will never set my foot there again.Disgusting

I bought a re-manufactured alternator from Korean Spares in Edenvale last year, 1st of June 2019. 6 months, almost to the day the alternator started acting up. Conveniently, it had only a 3 month warranty. Phone calls to every branch I called (Edenvale, several calls, Boksburg, Kempton Park, even Pretoria) went unanswered. Email enquiries lead to nothing, except a new quote. This is unacceptable. There is nothing on a car that can cause an alternator to fail. That alternator had to have been faulty from scratch. So, my question no is: do I have to prepare myself to buy a new alternator EVERY 6 months when I buy from you? In my 40 years owning a vehicle I have not seen this. This is unacceptable. Can you offer me an acceptable solution? UPDATE: I paid over R2000 for a rebuilt alternator for my car from Korean Spares. Dont be taken in by the glamour of Hyundai and Kia etc on their label. It lasted less than 6 months (and only a 3 month guarantee). Went to Midas Spares MIDAS in Edenvale, where Christo helped me, quick, clean and professional. Yes, housebrand, but I would rather go with a housebrand from a trusted name that gives me a 12 month warranty! And the new alternator costed me R1200, with a 12 month warranty, not 3month, like Korean Motor Spares. Should have gone to MIDAS in the first place

There are different dept at Edenvale , One owner of -Korean m/s Edenvale and Auto Korea ...for all Hyundai and Kia parts..new and second hand....enter The Korean spares entrance...and the ..Auto Korea dept for all your lubricants and auto car paintsAuto Korea are distributor of Engine oils called S-Oils7 at excellent prices .(6L is available ..instead of the common 5 l bottles. )and all other lubricants and additive including car cleaning products...stock available is good and friendly helpful staff..customers are important to them.
