I am extremely satisfied with the service delivery! They are professional, the installation of the Cell Phone Signal Booster was done within 2 hours and the signal is now 100% in order, where I couldnt make or receive calls from my mobile (Vodacom network) at all. Highly recommended

After dealing with multiple websites claiming to sell boosters, we came across Bolton. Excellent customer service, excellent product. We purchased the weBoost Vehicle unit for long drives and will look at their home unit next. 5 stars

Sorry to say but i have had really bad service from this company. Needed to get signal boosters for 2 large residential developments in total approximately 1000 apartments, they were full of promises that they could assist and then never gets back to you. I had to phone them numerous times requesting a quote/proposal and every time promised that they are interested in the work but then they disappear.This after we had to pay them a call out fee just for them to come out, have a look and not once evening getting back to me, not even mentioning them actually putting the time and effort in to provide a quote or the decency to tell me that they are not interested in the work.To me it felt like their business model was to charge you a fee for driving to your premises, walking around and then disappearing.Really frustrating to beg someone to give them an opportunity for work.

I bought one of their products online, and the description makes it sound like a quick DIY installation, just hang the antenna out the window... I had to get a technician out to install, which takes about 4 hours for a technician. I would estimate this is about a technical as installing a DSTV satellite dish and cabling through the roof.Dont get me wrong, the product works fine but you will need to pay R5k for installation on top of the price of the product you buy.This should be explained up front.

So many companies claim to have boosters but when asked for the ICASA Certification they are never to be heard from again.Bolton and the team where very quick to respond with ICASA Certification on all there product.Not only do they have the correct approvals but they have a booster that truly works in SA!! Well done Team
