HM , Vincent park. Clothes bought by a 14 yr old had to be returned for a bigger size , it was too small. Could not try it on at store before purchase first time around , since changing rooms still closed. So she brought home to try it , didn’t fit , put back in bag and went to exchange after a few days , seems mark on the one dress which wouldn’t come off as per cashier so was not refunded or allowed to be changed for a bigger size. As much as my girl shops there, I’m sure there was some other recourse to solve this matter . Now I have a dress which is useless to her and paid for . I’m not disappointed, I’m angry, being a business gent myself, sometimes been accommodative goes a far way in keeping someone who shops regularly at that store, seeing this wouldn’t have happened if there was a way to try the dress on before purchase in the first place .

Love their beautiful clothing range I always get myself & family few items each month. I am glad that they will be opening their store in Port Elizabeth 17th avenue Walmer park shopping mall 25 March 2019

Customer service is always the best
