We had excellent service again when we popped recently. The same guy helped us but I cant seem to remember his name. Biggish guy who carried our 20l paint for us to the till. He had product knowledge and could advise us what to buy which was wonderful. Just a pity that I cant remember his name but he made my day once again. Ill be popping in again for some more paint then Ill let you know who he is. Well done built it cbd and staff!

For a seasoned business they still got poor service and poor performance. Employees are chatting with their friends while you waiting for help, than they tell you to come back tomorrow morning because that person in not present right now.
