The experience could be better with more staff. The establishment has few staff members.

The staff wanted to check the room immediately, she didnt let me my husband go 1st then inspect the room. She didnt even ask about how was staying.

Wow this is a three star guest house but their standards is for are for the five star.Well positioned guest with excellent service.

Thank you for your hospitality. On arrival they were very accommodating as I know myself as that particular person but they were very patient and they met my needs. The place is next to the sea and shops very convenient. The owner humble person may God bless u abundantly for the love u showed to us as your guest. We will definitely come back.

This place its okay but I lost trauser and t. Shirt black written my surname and my organization which was booked for four days... It was a intensive training we had. Hence was tired left in my room. At least we were supposed to be contacted. When Im returning couple of month. The lady at the reception tell me other lady was direct dealing with lost and found went to Cape Town and they are struggling to get her on the phone. Thats was the end of the story. Im still upset at least to make a call so that I will be able to send someone. Im staying very far Uitenhage at kwanobuhle you can imagine.

Was nice & clean. Wi-fi wasnt working during our stay

We got a cheaper room, a very nice one that accommodated our one year old baby. The only thing that was a disadvantage was that there was no microwave to warm his bottle of milk and the fridge wasnt working.

Just spoke to Zukiswa regarding a an item of clothing which was forgotten on Saturday, and i called them on Saturday the 1st of Dec to ask them about it they promised to check and call me back (Athule) . Till today there was no response, when i called to find out i was told Athule had forgotten, then after a lot of back and forth i was told he would then find out and call me back. Well he did not AGAIN. Zukiswa called and advised they had found the item, when i asked why he did not call me himself she advised that she is calling me now and therefore i should be happy about that. After then telling her i was not satisfied she told me that she was done and said what she wanted to say and cut the call in my ear. Not sure if that is a way to treat client who have been supporting them for many years!!!! truly disappointing
