Always a good experience to shop at the OK. Good prices, friendly service and the best and freshest meat in East London. Parking in front of the building although the street outside leading in and out of Cambridge is a nightmare. Still worth the hassle.

Friendly staff and excellent service.

Large shopping chain boasting plenty of specials. Behind the curtains though, there is so much going on. We had an issue with our dstv payments and went to management to rectify the situation. He looked like a very busy man and still took the time to hear our story and help us out. Thank you for going out of your way to help us sir! We are definately going to shop here again.No bad review on my behalf.

Convenient for all your daily needs

I went there after 19h00 in the evening and the lines at the till were too long. There were about 5 tills opened however there were no packers in any tills. This caused a delay as the cashiers had to ring up items and also pack the groceries!! Many people were doing their month end shopping so you can imagine

My experiences of OK are very pleasant. Ive never had a problem with it. Their services arent ever offline. The place is always clean, the service is excellently fast, the employees are very helpful and I can easily find products. As you enter its bright and lively. Its the best store in Cambridge by far in terms of overall quality and experience.

My review is of the butchery - not OK foods. I love steak and will go to great lengths to find the best cut. I’ve tried most of the butcheries in East London, but I always seem to comeback to this one. From C to AAA grade meat and the guys in the back are always helpful and never give me lip, as I’m never happy with the thin cuts on display. I like my steak between 30mm and 40mm thick. Best value for your money.

Customers were coughing in the butchery area.Some of the customers masks were not covering their noses. Why are the butchery staff not reprimanded the customers who are not ahearing to the protocols.Why is there no temperature scan at the door?

I love shopping at OK Foods here in Cambridge. almost everything i need, I can get it here. Groceries, electricity, municipal and Telkom account payments. I book my flights and bus tickets here as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I especially love the cash back system on purchases you make. Last year (2017) , I built up so much money through the cash back, I was able to buy a whole weeks groceries without paying a cent.

Good selection of fresh goods, wide selection of products on the shelves. Must complement OK Foods on havibg well stocked shelves including items on special. The butchery has a great variety of meat and cuts.

Just an idea to consider, that could help the older folk and other shoppers that battle to bend due to illness. Could the prices of the big dog food bags (7 /8 kgs ) all brands, be written on a sheet of paper and displayed higher up. The bags on the lower level make it difficult to see prices. Other than that, the staff are helpful and just love the fresh meat. Thank you

This store has grown from strength to strength with exceptional customer service a variety of selected foods best baked cakes and Ouh!! Their Sunday Lunch special good value for money. Plenty parking and other take away shops around it like Brothers Pizza 3 x filling stations around it. Gr8 shopping centre

Always enjoy shopping at the OK. Everything so fresh and the meat in the butchery is first class. Vernon the butcher is always extremely helpful. The ladies on the tills are also very polite and always smiling.

The butchery section is just WOW! Very very clean and the quality of the meat is on another level. The chilli bites are out of this world and the Texan steaks are always on point. When I host a braai my guests always comment on how good the meat is. Vernon and Vincent are doing a fantastic job. Give those men a Bells!!!
