My girlfriend Siviwe bought a new Starlet on the 23/09/2021 its now over two weeks and she hasnt received her licence plates, she is scared to drive the car because everyone can see its a brand new car without the plates and that makes it a target for criminals. Shes been informed that when the temp paper expires on the 13/10/2021 she will have to go and fetch a new temp paper again.. Very poor service from such a well known brand
Toyota cars are the best value for money. Fortuner is the top selling SUV for many years for good reasons. Very happy with service from Mr Nico van Wyk, when I bought my 🚗 and later. Their staff is courteous, the showroom is well laid out and waiting area has a coffee shop! Will always refer friends to Buffalo Toyota. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen.

Sam the service manager is ready to help understand any and all complications you may experience. They are well located and happy to help. Their may be a wait but what do you expect from a workshop which pride themselves on quality workmanship. Definitely worth the surety you get.

Took cruiser in for a service at 7am and to get faulty lock sorted on left front door. Only to get called at about 4pm to say cruiser is ready but no service done and it was booked in for a 190000km service

My big problem is the poor service with parts department when you need help over the phone and I thought calling and finding out if the part is available or not is the best way. They hardly pick up their desk phones, you would think its busy and hectic there. When you finally get there, quiet and peaceful. You order the part, they give the time frame for your order but you wait for ever. I am still waiting for a part that I ordered on the 12/10/2020 and was promised that it will be there on Wednesday the 14/10/2020 and I personally called on Wednesday and I was told that the truck was offloading. Ive been waiting ever since and there is absolutely no updates or communication. Its really disappointing

I took my car for service. The process was very efficient.
I was always happy with Buffalo Toyota. I bought a new car and a used car from them. When I bought the used car, however, I didnt get the Book of Life or Users Manual. When I requested it, I was told I would have to pay for it. When I took it in for a service, and requested they check the fuses as I was having trouble starting it, they said that I had to bring it in on a separate day and pay a fee. I cant afford to take off work for something that could easily have been done when I took the car in for the service.

Further to a very disappointing experience on Friday I was contacted by the Dealer Principal Nelius Cloete and have to say took the time out to rectify the issue. Due to this he instilled the confidence that I am sure Toyota stands for and we concluded a deal on a vehicle.
Bad technical service department to represent a brand like Toyota. Because of wrong diagnosis i had to pay in excess of 43K to change parts that are functioning properly and leave the actual problem unresolved. As a result the vehicle broke down the next day. Untilyyou employ skilled technicians you better stick to doing minor services and leave major services to companies and individuals who knows the job.

Though I did receive the service after throwing an attitude, I was not impressed at all with the receptionist and service counter lady. Theres a huge lack of communication, and it was not impressive at all. As a customer I dont have to be sent up and down just to get someone to assist me. The Gentleman from the workshop was patient, helpful. I felt like he is the one who I should have met first, that the 2. Its really a shame.

Bad service!! I was informed that my car is ready after a service just to wait over 45min in a dirty customer lounge because the paperwork was not ready, and on top of that told that they dont have the parts I need in stock.

Buffalo Toyota East Londons phone lines are forever down.When I phoned and their lines were down, the lady who answered took down my number and promised that the relevant person would contact me as soon as possible regarding my query. To date I have yet to recieve a phone call back.I was ready to buy a new Rav from Buffalo Toyota in EL but since they didnt return my call, I bought a Rav from Mc Carthy Toyota in Pretoria.
This is not a Toyota dealership, service advisers are not fit to do that job. Better take vehicle to another dealer.
