Delayed, and did paint my bumper correctly. Areas that where to remain black where painted white and Im extremely unhappy with that.

Not happy at all with their service, they were supposed to fix my Nissan Xtrail rear door in November 2019, and I complained to them that my door is not closing properly, up until now my rear door is not working properly. Poor workmanship.

Honestly have no idea why this place is still Audi approved. My Audi A3 1.8 T got taken to this place for repairs after my accident in January 2016. Probably thee worst ordeal I ever had to deal with. They took about 5 months to complete the job to my car, they were very rude on the phone and most of the time noone knew what was going on with my vehicle so I had to hold on the phone for long periods, they kept pushing the price up from the original quote. Qoute went from R69 000 to R85 000 to R97 000 this was super dodgy because I had cancelled my insurance with Miway and was pating myself. When the car returned it looked good but after taking it to Audi for an inspection they tell me that my turbo had been destroyed by a bolt and fixing it would cost R60000. When I went to go see the General manager he blatantley told me he doesnt care about my issue and that its not his fault. I have since traded in the car at Audi East London for an Audi A3 sedan. The destruction of my turbo is still unknown but I think it was negligence on the panelbeaters part. I have issued a lawsuit against this company and will be suing them for damages.

Pathetic place. Awful service and you treat customers and staff like animals. You have no human decency and do everything you possibly can to take advantage of people for your own benefit. I will never use your services and I will never allow any of my acquaintances to be scammed by you. Managers are bad. Ground level staff I have no problem with. It is only the higher ups. I am honestly and truly disgusted by you cowards and liars. Stay far, far away from this place. Make sure you end the phone call before you reveal your lies and true nature next time.

Car was sent to elegant square in December..has subsequently been back 3 times and each time they have found something different wrong with the vehicleSome of which insurance will not pay for.. terribly disappointed that any insurance could make use of this company who after doing front suspension repairs didnt even bother to do the wheel alignment

Very SAD. Rudest receptionist with NO people skills and telephone manners at all. We made it clear that ALL parts must be ordered and IN stock before we will deliver the vehicle. After harassed phone calls and verbal threats we delivered the vehicle. After 30 days and we are still waiting. Our AVIS vehicle must go back after 30 days. No courtesy vehicle. No communication. NOTHING. Wonder if they still have the vehicle. Absolutely useless and we will report this to Discovery Insure.

Worst customer service experience ever. No sense of professionalism and responsibility. I wont advice anyone to take their vehicle there.

I would advice anyone reading this not to take their vehicle there. They charge 250 for quotations, and you have to follow them around to get that quotation. They are very expensive, Thank God I read reviews before i took my car there as I dont know what would have happened to my car.

Went there for a quote but the guy helped me did not bother to send me the quotation I asked.

Managers need to go back to school if they ever had any, very rude reception,no people skills whatsoever, unorganised, quality is below par, clearly the owners are just in it for the money, and not quality or service, do yrself a favour, close down, before you make more af a fool of yrself than you are already... Shame

So unprofessional, every time you call they dont know whats going on with your car, they dont update on the progress of your vehicle you actually have to run after them. Ive been waiting for longer than a month to have my vehicle fixed , have to return the courtesy car but these guys are still giving me a run around. Would never recommend this place to anyone
