They are the worst panel beaters i have experienced in my entire life, the service is Horrible, the owner brent, is rude and arrogant.

I had a pair of speakers that were neglected by a previous owner. Took them in to C&G to see if they could spray them to look a bit better. I was expecting them to look OK however when I got them back I was blown away. They were absolutely stunning. Worthy of any showroom floor. They said to me that it would take them 2 weeks to sort them out due to their condition. They called me after a week saying that they were complete. WOW.Extremely professional company with friendly staff and a very high quality of work.I will recommend them to anybody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My car had a small spray job under warranty done by C&G Body Works. All I can say is wow awesome job done. Phoned me through the process telling me where my car is and what is being done to it. Brent the owner noticed that my plastics were damaged and gave me a call asking what happened and if he can assist in any way. Told him I have bought them just need to be fitted. Brought my car in on a Monday morning. Immediately someone helped me and listened patiently to all the concerns and troubles i have with the car. The drove me to work and informed me the whole day about everything they done including pictures. I never felt like they try to sell me things. The work they done is immaculate and they delivered the car back to me on the following day. Brought my car in after an attempted highjacking where a rock was thrown on my sunroof. They took it in immediately and started working on it. During this time they kept calling me to give me updates and I couldn’t pick up the car after it was done due to traveling and they kept the car for me till I was able to pick it up. If the mark of a top business is the extent to which theyll go the extra mile for you (no pun intended), then these guys really go above and beyond.  I took my 04 Jeep Wrangler in for some extensive body work recently, and Brent took great care of me!  They gave me a really competitive quote (I got comparable quotes for 1000s more), and the car came back looking brand new. I could tell they took care of a few dents gratis too.  These guys really take pride in their work, and Im pretty sure they even put some gas in my car before I got it back... Thats definitely going the extra mile!Face it, if youve got body work that needs attention, its important to get it done right, and C and G Body Works are the guys to do it!

Sent my vehicle in to have some scratches filled. Good job done on that. However the car was returned to me with new, deep scratches on the passenger window. Kind of pointless having scratches fixed if the car comes back with more than you had before it went in.

Pleased with the service I received from C&G Body Works, friendly staff.

I have had 2 cars done at C and G. The first paintwork chipped due to the bumper touching the boot (this might had been because they didnt align the new bumper well)Never the less they agreed to fix it for me at a less busier time since their paint work holds a 3 year warranty. Finding their willingness to correct their mistake was the reason I took my other car there. This is where Brent Strutter, the owner, and I had a terrible fall out. They picked up a leek in my car and never consulted the assessor (appointed by my insurance to authorize repairs) on their own they concluded it was not accident related. Upon collection of my vehicle the so called leak was causing my engine to overheat, I reported to my insurance and they referred back to the assessors. These assessors knew nothing of the leak and all they had was a report from C and G that was later acquired upon my inquiry with insurance. I phoned C and G inquiring of the process they took, I was referred to Brent Strutter. I told Brent the fact that they failed to report to the appointed assessor and instead concluded my vehicle case (which was not their place - they are merely repairers) was not professional. He said well thats your opinion, since you know more than us why didnt you report to the assessors yourself!! Thereafter Brent Strutter gave his employees strict instructions to hang up on my calls. Mind you there was still an outstanding mirror job they had not completed on my car. I kept calling them because I was not going to let them off when the job they did was incomplete. Eventually I got ahold of one of them and told them I would be bringing my car for them to complete the mirror job. I phoned them again to find out when will they fix the paintwork on my other car, they responded saying they dont want to continue business with me and they have informed my insurance. I asked them what about the warranty on the paint work on my car, they said Ishmael the manager would call me back about that. In the duration of the day I recieved a phone call from Brent Strutters lawyer letting me know that I should not go to C and G for my mirror to avoid things getting heated and possibly physical. My insurance has referred the damage on my car to another dealer, however the paint work on my car that holds a 3 year warranty and needs to be redone remains unaccounted for by C and G body works.
