My BMW had a crack in its radiator so sent it to them to repair. After they had finally finished fitting the new radiator, they forgot to put the drain screw in and so all the coolant they had put in came pouring straight out. After finally receiving the vehicle the next day, the driver-side window had three deep scratches in it, the induction system was not put back together properly, with many of its screws missing. They had broken one of the intake clips, and when confronted about it, they denied it was them. Luckily I had taken pictures of the engine bay before hand and it was clear that the clip was in fact not broken prior to them working on it. Two days after they had installed the new radiator, the coolant expansion tank started leaking coolant. I decided to send the vehicle to my personal mechanic, who diagnosed the issue as air in the coolant system. It was then discovered that they had not bled the coolant system correctly. This mistake on their part, should have resulted in a blown head gasket, but thankfully the issue was sorted out in time. I have a friend who has experienced the exact same issues with Connock Motors, but unfortunately his head gasket blew. Expensive repair on an N55 motor. I do not recommend these guys at all.

I took my 1984 V12 Jaguar to them to attend to water leaks. they are radiator specialists - a service not listed here. They found and repaired the problem at a very reasonable cost. They were friendly and helpful. Many service/repair agents shy away from old classics - especially Jags. They did not hesitate to accept my car for repairs in spite of knowing that it may present problems for them do do so.

So refreshing to go into a workshop and deal with friendly, efficient staff. My service and repairs were done quickly and surprisingly cheaper than expected. Being a woman, its always a concern that youre being ripped off, but I didnt feel this at all.

Great customer service. Just that they are really busy so my car had to stand a while...And you know when you only have 1 car then time is literally money.
