I have being practising online yoga with Vaishnavi at Mindful Trinity for a year now and it’s been an awesome journey. Thank you for always being so inspiring, patient and such a dedicated teacher. Her passion for yoga is expressed in every lesson. I’ve learnt so much and use many of these lessons in both my daily and spiritual life. If 2020 has taught us anything, it was definitely to embrace challenges and think outside the box. Vaish is truly an example of this as we’ve watched her in this time grow Mindful Trinity and expand her online platform with talk shows/events/podcasts locally and internationally that are incredibly insightful, done selflessly to help others and essentially food for the soul.
