The place is immaculately clean. Kids have a great time!

Arrived at water park to wait two hours to get on the wave rider, finally kids get there turn once on the wave rider these are the boards supplied for the kids to use which is not even the shocking part. I then went to speak to a manager which i was told she would come to see me at the machine and to my surprise the manager kim perry could not even be bothered to come and see me let alone explain why. 40min later once kids where finished body surfing on the wave rider as the boards where in such shocking conditions i asked for kim Perry at the front desk where she also could not be bothered to make a an appearance. How places like this can charge full price and only supply a quarter of the equipment i dont know. Very disappointed in you wavehouse for allowing people like this to work there and allowing our favorite place to fall into such disrepute.

Loads of fun for the whole family. The wait was pretty long and as an out-of-towner it was very difficult to find details online on the location of wave park was and what time it was open. The change rooms could do with a little love too.

Lovely foam and slides, faultless playing place

Go wild is a kids area that os inside the wave park. It is normally a great place to go.Today it was the very opposite. My son got out the gate TWICE!It got worse. With the arm band that my son had to go into the go wild part, he was let through into the swimming section without question. My wife want to fetch him but was denied access for lack of arm band!This is a 3 year old boy who is able to swim but only with arm bands.I dont care what the rules are, they are wrong! Or put into action incorrectly.I will be thinking 4563 times before going again! 😦

Did an event at the wave house. From a work point of view a very nice venue. Easy load in and event environment.

Nice and convenient place situated right inside the largest mall in Africa. Management and staff needs some training the venue earns 5 stars because of the staff I rate it 2.

A beutifully set little cafe that has a lovely view of the water park and kidz entertainment area .good place for parents to relax while the kidz are in the entertainment area.food is good .prices are reasonable and ppl are very friendly here.A place i will recommend

We took our kids there, and the place was closed. No notice on their website and phone only rings.

Lovely place to take your kids out swimming and have fun and its safe , they cater for functions as well and there is also a restaurant in the premises. Just that there is not enough shaded sitting area in view of your kids coz the other sitting area is far from where the kids are. Otherwise I enjoy taking my children there

Great place to relax while the kids play. Adults can go the wave rider which is pretty awesome. There is entrance fees but well worth it

Wave House is closed, even though their website does not mention this at all.....

Facilities in a bit of a state. Upper deck viewing area tent is falling down as majority of supports are either broken or not affixed to the ground. Rather dangerous. Very limited shades seating area. All in all, I would suggest going to the beach instead. If you are after rides, Ushaka is a better destination.

Much fun was had by our two young ones, until we were joined by another boy who made it his mission to wet us sitting at the benches. We appreciate that this is a wet zone but he was deliberate in his actions, we had to move benches so we did not get wet. Implore management to view CCTV from 2:30pm 29th August, this boy clearly was related to someone as he switched wave machines on and off, sadly the guy in charge at the wave machine did nothing. An unhappy end to the day.

Relatively clean, with nice activities for kids. Not mind blowing but if your kids like water, then worth a holiday visit.

I went there wanting to surf but when went the life guard said I am to small but there was an 8 year old and I am 10

The water slides are perfect for every age. Friendly staff. Belongings are kept safe. Situated in a shopping mall. I had an awesome time sliding down the longest water slide which took a minute to reach down

The warehouse florider is such an amazing experience with great instructors to help you along the way. Just pack suncream!

Adult slides where not operational due to load shedding damaging the lifts. Get place for kids to play. Very family oriented

Only a few slides and youbpay seperate for the surfing side. They did maintenance on one of the slides structures while it was being used. Also only about 10 tubes in the whole park. Overall not worth it. Solution is go to Ushaka

The service and facilities has really declined and in in need of a revamp. Limited menu, limited drinks. Often items on the menu are not available.

Have attended many birthday parties here and the kids always have an absolute blast! Good food and good, friendly service.

Food is good just a little pricey. However the Waterpark section for the kids is fantastic. Theyll have fun for hours.

Fantastic fun for the whole family! Great water slides, foam pit and kiddies water fountain play area. Not as huge as Durbans biggest water park, but thankfully not as busy, over crowded or expensive either!

Owner is very arrogant, the staff are unfriendly, they mad my son fall and the footage was there to proof it, they did not want to give me the footage, it was cause due to negligence, the own agreed he will give me a copy of the footage and when he noticed they were at fault he asked me to leave and told me to do what I want to he has contact Im high places and he makes money. Even though I said all I want is a copy of the footage what happened I did not fight nothing he did not even want me to record it with my cellphone. Be careful when going there. I dont think it is a safe place. The equipment is dangerous too. Check the pictures.

The event I attended (Disrupt Durban 1.0) was excellently set up, the outdoor meeting indoors is a great concept.

Absolute waste of time and money. The staff are extremely unhelpful, there was an issue with one slide and the only response you get when you ask about if it will be fixed is that its broken. No answer whatsoever about whether or not anything will actually be done about issues. You wouldnt get your moneys worth even if they let you in for free.

Had my sons 5th birthday at the wavehouse...loved everything about it ...stress free ...accomadating and very friendly staff .excellent food and service...kids had so much of fun...nobody wanted to leave parents had an afternoon out as well.

There are no shark attacks which ruin my surfing immersion.

Used to be the place to be seen and hangout. Now just a sad husk of a bygone era of surf, skate and music festivals.Ok for kids and parents looking to blow time on activities like snake run and waterslides. PS. Overpriced.
