Great service and advice. Even if they cant help you they make it their mission to find someone that can. For example if you bring in a broken pool cleaner and it is something they cant fix in-house they will do their best in finding the dealer or allocated repair company that deals with that particular product. Iv used there services a lot over the years and even on the odd occasion they couldnt do anything from there side iv always left there with enough information to have the product replaced or parts sourced.

A bit disappointed... sometime the best doctors are not the ones who prescribe the most medicine. The same applies to pool care, every time I go back there is a new chemical that I need. I fortunately went for a second opinion... On the plus side they do have all the chemicals you need!

The option of a local pool shop is great , if you have great service. This was lacking during my visit. Met with a rude , presumptuous cashier, who was most unhelpful. The support staff were most helpful. Sales and stocks are all the place offers, they fail on service.
