Absolutely pathetic service. I understand that its a small store and covid guideline prohit more than 5 customers at a time but the way I way I was treated was uncalled for. I entered the store with my mum and aunt and paid for my shopping while they continued to shop. My mum kept finding things that I needed so I waited but was forced out of the store so they could let other customers browse around. This happened 3 times and they eventually realized I was the one paying for the goods and had to let me in again. How can you ask one customer to leave the store when they havent finished shopping?

3 weeks ago a friend placed an online order from Capetown for us. Every time we queried delivery we were told certain items were not in stock, they were being sourced. After much to and fro we finally received the package late this afternoon with quite a few items missing . And I am not talking exotic items, they careommon items such as rombo rossi masala, cinnamon powder, white rice etc.All I can say it that Gorimas online service is PATHETIC!!! Such a waste of good time and energy!!!Why offer a Service when you cant really deliver????
