1 stop shop for all my spices. I like that the spices now have best by dates on them. Friendly staff.

There has been a steady decline in service since you first opened the Malvern, Durban branch. Staff at spice counter and sales staff on the floor are extremely rude and unhelpful. They act as if serving the customers is a painful thing for them to do. I do hope you take action to improve the way this branch managed as Malvern needs a spice shop. But I for one will not shop there again! 21/07/2020

Store is well stocked and has a huge array of products and spices. Well priced and good service. Could do with a little more space and more tills to speed up service as it does get very cramped at busy times.

Pathetic arrogant staff. Always no help. Hiding products for families and friends. Clearly we need a good spice store in Malvern and gorimas is not it. Products hidden during lockdown in clear sight. We customers follow queues and find products on shelf and irene ...some kind of manager says its paid for. What a joke . I hate shopping at this branch of gorimas. Management does nothing when we complain. Disgusting

Theres always friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shops are always tidy and clean. There is a large variety of spices, baking goods, health products and natural products for hair skin and general well being. The prices are affordable.

Poor service, staff are very slow and lack interest. Also need more variety in your freezers. Get rid of expired products.

All you need to make the best curry in town.....curries, spices. If you get there early enough there are homemade takeaways available as well. If you have not been there, you need to pop in.

Whats the point of having 3 different numbers on your site if none of them work. Such a fly by night operation.

Been to the store yesterday - 25/06/18 one of the cashiers recommended Alma oil for falling hair which she said she used for her 18 year old son, I paid for it in cash and tied up the packet before I left the store. When I got home and untied my packet, I noticed that the Amla oil had not been put into the bag. This upset me as I am not sure if it is a case of iresponsibility or theft as she said that she used it for her son. I would appreciate it if the matter would be investigated as the 087 number that I called doees not respond. The oil may not be expensive but it is a matter of principle. It saddens me as Im a regular customer at the store.

This store sells the best samosas in town! Assortment of spices and sauces and frozen products that are so tasty!
