Very questionable business practice towards clients and suppliers. Beware!

Called the director on a recommendation. He was very friendly on the phone. I asked him to send me more info on a product and he asked me for my contact details. I then sent him my details via whatsapp - he read them but did not reply to me or forward me any details as promised. A couple of days later I called him again, but he never took my call so I phoned his office. The lady who helped me was also very friendly and told me my request may have been scheduled in with their installation department. She said she would check and call me back straight away. She never called me back, and I ended up calling her again the next day. She then told me that she would schedule in an assessment with one of their installation technicians for the following day. Nobody called me to make an appointment for the assessment so I ended up calling them again to find out what was going on with the appointment. I was then told that the appointment would be for the following Monday. I waited the whole day and no-one called me or showed up for the assessment. I feel like I am having to beg this crowd for service. Ive given up now - dont use them - they dont need to business.
