I was pleasantly surprised today by the friendly and efficient service we recieved today.They are wheelchair friendly and made every effort to assist my aged mom by ensuring she was comfortable and dealt with swiftly. I thought we might spend the entire day trying to sort out her pension but we were out of there within 2 hours even though they were severly shortstaffed, been onlu 3 strong, thank you Qiniso and team for treating my mom so kindly today. I appreciate the respect I witnessed today towards all the elderly people saw that you were assisting.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience.Their smooth system worked From start to completion.Mr Q. Msomi, and his staff were absolutely phenomenal.Neither of them hesitated to assist. The handling of the application was done professionally.I was fortunate to witness the gentleman at the entrance, hurriedly fetch a wheelchair for a lady on noticing her struggling with walking to her seatOther staff also showed compassion.Their instruction are clear and easy to follow.Id like to recommend that, due to the aged, and understanding loss of hearing is a big issue, that they have like a numbered ticket system and or have an electronic notification sign around the counter areas, for the next person/ to go to selected counter.It would assist the staff as well as the patrons.However want to congratulate management and staff on an all round successful operation.

I took a senior here to apply for his pension. i must say that I was very impressed arrived around 9 am and by 11;30 he was done and had completed all the documents he was loaded to the system and was granted his pension. asof March he has an income. thank you to all the assistance of the hard working staff here. these guys are very sufficient in the post and know what they are doing. wheelchair friendly clean toilets and just a pleasure to go there do business and leave without feeling frustrated. thank you guys and dolls.

Excellent Service

Went at 11.30am Monday. Saw a admin officer at 1.30. Very helpful.Do not accept photocopies stamped at police station. Take all your originals withfor both partners plus proof by way of letter from any pension received by either partner.1. IDs 2. 3 months bank statements 3. proof of residence 4. marriage certificate.They combine income even if you are married under old anti-nuptuial contract (yours is yours and mine is mine forever)Parking behind building but steep steps down to door.

Its very clean and the service is good...

I went to have card transfer to my bank;but they said I would have to come back the first week in may. All well.

Service is appalling. Staff sit and eat all day. The elderly have to sit there all day without service and still have to go back the following day.

Its so slow and unorgonised.

Salsa in tongaat what a nightmare to visit people cue from four in the morning so what chance do you stand if u pitch up at nine, staff are overworked n not friendly
