I am absolutely livid with this company! 😡😤. My laptop, electronic equipment, ID, drivers licence, passport and wine were stolen out the boot of my car where Imvula Quality Protection guard, at Durbans Electricity Customer Services buildings. One wonders what they think Quality Protection means 🤔.There is a camera by the way where my car was parked. After the ordeal, firstly a security officer of theirs standing less than 20 metres from the spot, told me that it was a light not a camera. The next time I enquired, was told by another guard that it is indeed a camera. I asked to see the footage but was told that I needed to first open a case at a police station, and the footage would be made available to a police detective. I opened the case, then was told the camera does not work. Seriously? After all the effort I went through in opening the case and being promised footage.I then visited their offices in Westmead, Pinetown, spoke to a Terrence Munsamy who told me that they dont have access to the cameras.What the hell kind of security company is this really? A joke. Im now left without any of my identity documents. Plus my laptop had expensive programmes and family photos that you cant just easily recover. I lost belongings that probably cost R20 000. The laptop alone cost R13 000. So if youre looking for Quality Protection, or help if your belongings are stolen, I recommend you look elsewhere and forget about this company.

Security guards of this company have respect

Poor service. Discrimination on black Security officers is very high and Whats really sad is that the people who Discriminate are Black People. Its should no longer be Imvula Quality Protection because there is No Quality!!!
