The service is on point the ladies that work there knows about customer service and they do their job diligently big ups to them they have to awarded an award if other post offices can adapt their ethic of working then there wont be problems there.

My daughters experience with this post office, regarding the SASSA Social grant of R350. Sadly they have informed me several times with this matters.As there are people that work with the ladies that are working in this post office, whom take ID books or cards of people to scan and inform them if their social is accessible, yet this gents dont work at the post office and they end up experiencing the incident of the being a stand still and no movement is made. This matter should be addressed and corrected in a lawful manner, because everyone is always in a rush or have appointment.As this one time mh daughter had to miss a important interview because of such bullying actually occurring.

The Ladies at this post office are so friendly and helpful.They are aware of how to handle customers

I wanted to send a parcel away and I was told they dont have padded envelopes, I must buy it from the mall. I came back at 16h50 it was closed. They supposed to close at 17h00

The ladies here always gives me heavenly service.These are true workholics who are very efficient and treat clients with courtesy.
