Hunter is the best plumber I have had the pleasure to deal with. He takes pride in his work which is of top quality. He replaced my entire sewer system with excellent result. No problems at all. He also shortly thereafter had to replace one of my geysers. His advice in this matter was very good and the outcome a top notch installation. He requires payment up front but this is not an issue with me as I found him very reliable and honest.

If we could give more stars we would, we were very happy with his service. It was a job well done. Hunter was professional, on-time and it was a job well done.

Since a popular complaints site seems to have lost credibility and you insist on making people put a 5 star review here i feel its only fair they get to see some real reviews too... simply put this company charges up front on a promise of quality and expertise however delivers nowhere near, if at all what was quoted. They refuse to provide any invoices or reports and ignore legal letters and any plea to complete the job or at least return half the money to be honest.. these are some of the facts and they have had a year to redeem themselves but not a word so i believe i am fair in writing this review.

I would not recommend Auxilliary Plumbers to anyone.On 8 September, while I was abroad, the geyser in my apartment burst which required immediate attention. A friend engaged the services of Auxilliary Plumbers based on a quick Google search and the corresponding high rating.Once the geyser was replaced, Hunter from Auxilliary Plumbers applied significant pressure on my friend to give him a five-star Google rating in his presence, which is clearly his modus operandi to ensure his company maintains a high rating and enjoys continued support from unsuspecting customers.However, there were problems with the workmanship. During the installation process, Hunter caused significant damage to my spare room ceiling, the boards of which required replacing, as well as to the exterior plaster of my building, pieces of which fell away as he drilled through.Whilst I appreciate that these things can happen at times, when approached to rectify the damages caused, Hunter claimed to be indemnified against any resultant damage based on his company’s ‘terms and conditions’. Upon querying this with Wakefields, my building’s managing agency, I was told it was highly unusual for a plumber not to make good on damages caused. It is not actually legitimate to self-indemnify from negligence.Subsequent to this, whilst requesting required paperwork via email and being ignored on three occasions over a two-week period, I let Hunter know that should he not send the paperwork I would write an accurate Google review detailing my service experience with Auxiliary Plumbers, to which he responded immediately, aggressively, and with threats of legal action should I do so.These statements above are facts and cannot be disputed.However in my personal opinion, if you are looking for a plumber with integrity, honesty and reliability, then Auxilliary Plumbers is definitely not the company for you.
