It was ages since I used this parking facility.I liked the idea of security in the parking lot. 10 points for that.Its gets scary when you in the lift and the ground floor.Recommend you always take some one with you. Be safe

The place is very safe it has car guards who look after the car while you are gone

Lifts dont work full lighting. Security is rude and expensive if Im paying R19,00 for parking I expect the lifts to be operating I went there last year this time and the lifts where broken then too

Theres no emergency lift to assist physically challenged people during loadshedding

You park on a high floor. The elevators never work. And the price isnt cheap. However, this is an actual parking lot and can be very useful if you are in the area and need to park.

Friendly warning:STAY away from the pine parkade parking Durban cbd.02/03/2019 my Aunt parked her Corrola Sprinter Navy and it was stolen the sad part is she still has her packing ticket with her. If she watch the cctv footage of the parking the cameras went off for 6min in the parking exit then the cameras continues to keep rolling normal the 6min break is not a normal thing in the parking system and no one is sure what caused the 6min break.
