This is a poorly stocked music instrument shop and way overpriced. They are selling equipment that was popular two years ago at the same price of more modern versions of the same. Check prices at other shops before you buy here or you will pay 2k upward more than somewhere else. The sales staff kind of awkwardly recommends instruments when it is clear as daylight that they dont even know what they are selling. Very disappointing time after time. This was my 5th visit, Ill never go back.

Good selection of instruments here. Although many of the brands they carry are low cost - great for starters but maybe not for professionals. Friendly staff always there to help, even with a discount. Theyre the importing agents for Pearl so drumkits are cheapest here than anywhere else I think.

Very knowledgeable staff, large choice of stock, decent pricing and great assistance with repairs and re-stringing.

What a service disaster. Called in to have a guitar restrung and to find out wher they were. Had bought a guitar for my son about a year ago. Arrived at store. Informed by Jane at the counter to come back next week. No one here to help. They were short staffed. I offered to wait. Her approach and mannerism were significantly short of any form of service. This in a music store. I left and called back in about five minutes to query why i was told i could come in. She then asked how far i was and if i could return. Seriously! She then said there was somebody who could help. Then continues with well he is busy and dont know how long he will be. I asked why she didnt bother telling me this when i offered to wait. She initially refused to give me her name....I wonder why? To the owner of this store and company.......if employees are going to waffle, its poor service, if they lie, its poor service. We dont need Janes like this behind those counters anywhere, so if you want the face of your business to bring in more money and not close stores, then readjust Jane!!!

Did not go in was at checkers close by so the reason for rating by sight but place usually has much customer support
