I ordered 2 x 500g packets of biltong. I never watched the lady weight it. I paid R400. The packets felt a bit light but never thought much of it. When I got home each packet weighed about 370g. If it was 1 packet I could understand a mistake. But 2 packets not. I suggest all users of this store carefully check when your order is being weighed. Really sad.

The lady at this store will really drive people away! I definitely will not go back because of her disgusting client service!!! She was on the phone serving a few customers before me and this looked so so bad. It was my turn to be served she put the phone away from her ear and asked wat I wanted n then just carried on with her personal gossip!!! She really needs to be educated about Corona virus and hygiene!!!! Touching her phone touching my biltong. Wearing only 1 glove. Leaving her phone down making a call again!!! She doesnt realize how much she has touched without sanitizing and then touching the biltong. I got 4 chicken sticks for R30 I asked for chilli chicken and got a BBQ in there.Really there are many hungry people out there that would honor this opportunity. Im utterly disgusted. She really thought she was doing me a favor.

Purchased chicken biltong on Saturday 19 Oct 2018 , when i got home i noticed the biltong which was suppose to be spicy, wasnt, and it tasteed sour like it was spoilt. it left me feeling sick in the stomach all evening. Called the number i found for Biltong Galore , the guy apologised but didnt give any other feedback.
