We picked Bollore to be our main logistics partner for a new entrant into a highly competitive, and reliable-transport-partner-dependant market sector. We are based in Cape Town, but shipped our stock to Durban initially. Having inspected their Durban warehouse, we quickly made the decision to get out of there as soon as possible. The warehouse had at least 7 security concerns that we witnessed, and to top it off - they didnt even hold any responsibility for our goods (small print), instead we had to insure them (via them). This is not common in the logistics industry at all. So, we started engaging with alternative providers. Having identified one and notified Bollore of our intention to leave, they, instead of asking for our reasons, are brutally delaying us getting our stock out of their warehouse. Its been a week now, and Im not too sure if thats all.Highly risky, unprofessional and unreliable transport partner. Beware!
