Its very sad. I hav supported these ppl for years taking all my customers to them. Calling them out when someone needed a locksmith.Chris is a very gud responsible person. But the rest of the ppl there... 4,5 years later I needed them. I took my car door locks to them. 1st the woman in the front looses my locks then they find my locks, then they advised me my locks where badly damaged I need to buy new ones from God knows where .I bring them another set of Door locks then they put the door locks on the wrong handles so I had 2 of the same sides.When I phoned in to tell them Im really upset and very cross about there service as of this tym I hav had enough of them and there stories and excuses the young girl asks me if I want the owners number I said no iv absolutely had enough of u ppl she says ok thanks and hangs up the phone I havnt heard from them again. Be very careful Wat u leave there I will never use them again I hav wasted a lot of my money there.

IVE DEALT WITH THEM TWICE, AND BOTH TIMES BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED, SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THEM.First time I bought a electric garage door battery, where the cells were dead, the battery stock item was 3 years old, and they wouldnt replace the battery the next day even with till slip!The second time I had my car remote & key replaced, the car remote only locks and unlock the car, and doesnt activate the car alarm. When I took the remote back to get it checked, they wouldnt even help me. They said the remote code either works or it doesnt, and how do they know the car alarm wasnt working before I took to them. (In other words, their word against mine)They gave me such attitude in both cases, and werent accommodating in the least. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
