Hi, my name is Sbu, client of Scorpion Legal Protection. I have had bad experiences with them. I referred two different matters on different dates to them, but I experienced difficulties dealing with them. In one matter where I got injured and I approached them to sue the company. After Scorpion asked me for some information and documents they eventually told me that I must look for a lawyer myself which I will have to pay for. Or else they can refer me to a lawyer which I will have to pay myself. I was so shocked.When I get time I will go to their offices to cancel the policy.I would not recommend them to anyone.My brother also cancelled them because of their uselessness.

I would like to give it my all by thanking Scorpion Legal for assisting me on an unfair dismissal case. Jade Naidoo was professional and handled the case very well and I actually won more than I ever expected. I would advise more people to join Scorpion Legal 🤩

The lady I spoke to was very patient with me and even called me back at my requested time she was just marvelous.

WORST SERVICE WE EVER RECEIVED,THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT VERY SLOW TO HELP. SO PATHETIC!!!! THEY DROPPED OUR CASE ONE WEEK BEFORE WE NEEDED THEM!!!!! THEIR ADVERTS ARE FALSE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!! WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PATHETIC SERVICE TO ANYONE,THEY DONT CARE. they did not even tell us that they dropped our case until we phoned to check if everything was ready for next week. They are terrible, A complete waste of money. Do not waste your hard earned money on them,Find someone else who is willing to help.

I JOINED SCORPIONS ABOUT FIVE MONTHS AGO THE LADY TOOK DOWN ALL MY DETAILS AND and said a membership card will be posted. five payments were taken out of my bank and no membership card or policy document. I called in November and was told that they have the wrong house no and a card will be posted, and its now January nothing has come.. I called the two numbers shown on google on the 3rd of January for an hour and the calls were not answered. if I was in jail and needed an attorney I would not have been assisted because the police give you one call. I would be sitting in prison. I called Selina Ramsey and she kept saying sorry. Would a man in jail want to hear sorry .. I then got a call from mukluk from the card division. he did not want to listen to me about couriering a card to me but insisted in posting the third time. .think twice about this company ,

My name is Andrew Saunders policy number 3019580. I am really upset and not impressed with Scorpion non-assistance on my issue, and the lies and broken promises being made to me. It infuriates me, and upsets me. Over 2 months I went into Scorpion with an issue, I had to wait 2 hours to be helped. They then suggested I make an appointment before I come I did that. I went in there and gave the attendant my issue, She said that when I leave there I will get an sms with a reference number, and after 2 weeks the issue will be sent to the relevant department and I will get a phone call. After 2 months I received a sms from a Mr. Sibiya saying I must have 2 weeks to sign an indemnity form I replied asking him where it is. I got no response. I then to the office again in Durban and they told me I will have to wait another 2 hours to b seen. My name would be last I said I cant wait so the guy said he will get one of the consultants to call me. It is now past a week I am still waiting for that call. The day after that I Called Scorpion on their 0861 number and after being put through to 4 people, finally the last one could not put me through to the complaints department because they were on lunch. He swore that this person will call me his lunch finishes at 1 oclock. It has now being 5 days and I am still waiting for that person to come back from lunch. Can somebody please assist me and tell what is going can Scorpion assist me on the issue, because I am not getting any. Terribly disappointed
