My choice of 1 star is excessive. Reason as follows;Called Lynne Werth for the first time to query if i can make a deposit of the transfer cost since it was much higher than i had anticipated (was willing to pay the balance during the course of the transfer process).1) She abruptly replied no & requested full payment before starting anywork. Thats not fair!!!! I will be making a risky decision here.2) She couldnt advise me on how long the process will take either because no work has commenced.3) Yet again she abruptly advised that i would have to submit an email to her which she will forward to the directors should i require a discount.4) invoice i had received contained minimum detail. The seller of the property was more clued up and had explained the costing.Im sure there are employees at Johnston who are not as rude and unprofessional as Lynne Werth.Wouldnt recommend them to anyone in the near or distant future.
