Have cash ready. The ladies are not too friendly, and wont let you know about the cash required until you collect. The clothes were done in a day even though we gave them a big load of clothes to do, and they seemed quite busy at the same time. Ironing is also R10/item which I think is too much.

I took some laundry to get washed and ironed here as it was not too far from the hotel. There is no signage that lets u know what prices are expected. The lady assisting looked at the packet and just assumed the weight. I was really put off that she did not take the time to weigh the clothes. I asked how much it would be for ironing and she replied R10 per item. A total RIP off. I suggest signage that explains the different options and also the fact that it is cash only. When I went back to pick up the laundry, this is when I was told that it was cash only. Totally unprofessional. The assistant also has a bad attitude. No customer relations skill set. Will definitely not use this laundromat ever again.

Wow... Had some urgent clothes to get washed and ironed. Dropped off the morning collected afternoon. Neatly ironed and washed. Packed and folded.. My Def go laundromat in Durban when I visit
