If sincere professional medical advice is what you’re after please look elsewhere… it takes time and energy to look into the backgrounds of experts who advertise certain medical procedures and then you place yourself into their hands believing they know what they are doing only to find once something goes wrong they will not hold themselves accountable. Removing blemish spots with a derma pen invading tissue and leaving permanent purple scarring. No concern no assistance just an insult to the injury. Do not make the same mistake. Please be warned and do your homework. When things go wrong here they don’t care about you. Absolutely horrified to say the least.

When you go to a aesthetics clinic you go there to receive treatment that is not going to leave you looking worse than before. I had developed keratosis on my legs and wanted to make sure it was both benign and treatable. For the result I got I could have gone to my local gps rooms and had them frozen off with liquid nitrogen at a fraction of the cost, but noooo, this was not recommended at all. I followed their doctors advice as I was told that the use of a plasma pen - which basically burns the skin while under local anesthetic - would prove to be the better option in terms of scarring prevention. Well I was wrong. I have very fair skin and now I have dark purple scars on my legs almost 2 months after the procedure. I also wasnt given a costing or a consent form. I went back to explain that I was not happy at all with the result and wanted a refund, to which I the rebuttal was, Sorry, that is not how it works, I gave you my time. To add insult to injury, she proceeded to give me a scripted recommendation of a scar cream from Dischem. They will be hearing from my attorney soon.
