The centre also has plans for an upcoming service station. The tenants are also carefully selected based on the needs of the community. Kays Centre does not support the scourge of foreign businesses flooding the South African market with low quality products and services and sometimes dubious activity. Tenants that currently occupy leased spaces offer value to the community in addition to providing much needed employment to people in close proximity to their work.
