So disappointing... An appointment was made and the gentlemen scheduled to come in didnt arrive. There was not even a courtesy phone call. All that glitters is definitely not gold. !!

I ordered a table from them last year, I had to phone them to get an update, they kept promising me, telling me they would call me back and eventually 3 months after I got the table....Which cracked a month in. When I returned it they did not even try to advise me on a time period to fix the table. I called and called, every time I was told the sales rep would call me back, he never did. 6 months later, no table. I asked for a refund and the accounts lady couldnt even have the decency to look up at me, she threw me a piece of paper and pen and asked me to write my details on it. I still have not received my refund. Whenever I asked to speak to a manager or owner the receptionist told me he was unavailable. The manager has been unavailable for 6 months. The workmanship and customer service is shocking!!! I ordered a table, a small table, and it took them 6 months only to not deliver. I cant even imagine how long it would take them to deliver a kitchen.
