I had a terrible experience with them.The owner was extremely rude to me. I brought in an expensive watch for changing of the band and battery.They changed the band successfully no complaints. However he struggled to open the back case to put a new battery. In the process he scratched and scuffed my watch badly and couldnt close the back cover! Over and above that he had the watch for 2 days. I took the watch to another place where they were able to close the back case withing seconds and re open it within seconds as well.I called the owner to inform him that I was not happy about how he scuffed and scratched my watch. However he was completely rude to me never wanting to accept any blame or even apologize for the poor service. Its unfortunate, I had used them to change my bands previously with no complaints but after this display of poor workmanship and being treated so poorly I will not recommend or use them again.
