Excellent service from Sagren and his colleague in the Spare Parts Department. Excellent knowledge of products.If this is the service one gets at the parts department, then one has to wonder what great service one will receive from the rest of this dealership.Dealt with another but lost hope and confidence in that branch.So why not give Jaguar DURBAN a try. Im certain you wont be disappointed

Service centre is very inefficient and unprofessional. Had confirmed service on my vehicle (via Vin number checks) for today only to be told that it has to come in next week which is a new month and that it had been incorrectly captured. I had the booking done by the service manager himself as the booking staff never answer their phones or return calls. Knowing that Im a frontline medical doctor I had to make schedule adjustments for this service but was told that nothing could be done. I know where I wont be servicing my vehicles from now on.
