Had to wait for ages to get served at the spares counter. Staff just walk passed you as if you dont exist until you ask for assistance, then get told they busy?? Spent 18 minutes waiting and there was just one customer before me.

Fourth time taking my Chevvy Aveo back, due to high refs, everytime the replace a thing and still not fixed. We took it for oil leaks fixed for couple of thousand rand, paarts were three thousand labour about 5 thousand, then the car started idling strange took it back 3 times every time replacing something for a thousand or two, yesterday 2350 again, this morning refs go up to 4 and back again. I think i paid well over 12000 rand by now. Very poor service

Durban Mobeni branch tried to put secondhand parts on my new vehicle. They are dishonest. Wont recommend this brand dealer. Rather buy Ford or Toyota. Be very vigilant when doing business there.

They gave me one quote on serving my car but when taking my car in to be serviced the price increased by R1400??? I then got my initial quote amount from another GM motors dealer in Durban. So first check around for service quotes before using Mobeni branch. Really not happy with this branches service!
