Honestly the worst insurance company. Insurance in my fathers name and from day one disclosed that we were driving the car and someone tried to break in. Quite for repairs got approved and after asking twice what is the excess fee we were told there is none. Finally car got repaired and then got told oh there is an excess fee all of a sudden. Phoned them to inquire about it and just answer sorry we cannot help you!
Does not care for its customers , Ive lost out on my company car for more than a month. Every time I try asking for feedback, Im informed that QA is working on it. Unfortunately for me, there is no further clarity.
