Do not recommend. Once they get your contact details, they will never leave you alone. I’ve asked them for years to remove me from their call lists, but the just wait a year and keep calling you back.

This company has a very poor service i wouldnt recommend it to anyone, they are not professional they dont give feedback after receiving claims i have been waiting since july for the policy to pay out but they never missed any debit order till today i have not been assisted, i dont know how can i get help

Too much hiding of information and nagging consultants. There was this consultant whose surname starts with D... he would call me everyday and pretend as if we are in agreement with whatever he said. I told him to f... How dare your consultants never listen? My claim was declined last week after premiums were raised without my consent in the beginning of 2021. I want all my premiums refunded since 2010

The unlimited are a bunch of thieves. They increased my premiums in September 2020 since January 2021 I have been getting calls from a colored lady insisting they have to increase my premiums. I told her I cannot do that and will cancel my cover with them if this is the case she said she will call me back. Now you guys are debiting my account with an extra amount. I have emailed you I want to cancel this nonsense with immediate effect!!!#absoluteRubbish. I am going to warn people on every single social media platform and I am going to Hello PETER as well!!! It doesnt even deserve a star, I think one of their representatives used to call me 8 times a day for me to join finally joined, when I was supposed to receive my policy number or your whatever they said they would email all of my details since last year August to this month when I finally called the policy, they have been miss spelling my name everytime when they call because they honestly do not listen to customers cause they are just looking for members to join

I just received a call from one of your consultant, he started talking to me nicely and I was very interested on the package, but once I started asking about the TCs and also to give me a day to go through them he started getting rude telling me he has other clients to attend to. I found this unprofessional and shady. Can you please put your TCs online so that people will have a clear understanding of what your selling

I unfortunately had to cancel my whole account with the Unlimited! The service isnt as great as youd expect. Though it is a cheap offer, I think its a waste of money if you already have insurance on the car. They dont respond at all to emails! Another issue is the cancelation... If you do cancel, you can expect them to deduct several months after you canceled.

A good friend just past away after paying for a funeral cover for over 3 year with this company they do not want to pay out...!!!! How do you people sleep at night?? do you have any idea what you are doing to this family as if the loss of a father, brother and grandfather was not hard enough..... they do not have the money to pay for his funeral... i hope that every signal client you have reads this and cancel there polices...!

I was told on the second call from them that You need to understand that if you want us to take you off our list you have to give us at least one contact. After I repeatedly told them Im not interested they didnt listen and kept on pushing their product.

STOP PHONING ME!!!!!!!!!!I receive so many phone calls that I actually cancelled my policy - a policy I have had for years - just to get some peace. Yet this week alone I have received 3 calls. Its only Wednesday. STOP PHONING ME YOU STALKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Edit in response to company reply: I have requested my details be removed numerous times. At least 3 different people over the last few months have apparently added me to this list, and yet the phone calls havent stopped. At most they stop for a few weeks, and then start up again.

Pushy consultants that want you to agree immediately over the phone to everything. Who ever Niki is insists you comply with everything this company does on the first phone call comes close to demanding 5 phone numbers for referrals and then tries to guilt trip you and partially insult if you refuse then tells you to have a nice day. This person needs more training I may have considered if I dealt with someone not as pushy.

Horrible service. They refuse to pay any claims. Avoid this company at all costs. They are thieves and liars. They hide behind their terms & conditions, and bend those T&Cs to better suite their needs. Read all the comments of FB and Hello Peter and you will see the bad rep they have. They infringe your consumer rights. They should be reported.

This company does not even deserve a one star rating! the Consultants have no clue what they doing!! i cancelled my policy before it started and the unlimited debited my account three times already!! twice in a space of three days! when i call for a refund i get put on hold for more that 11min - i called in so many times and i still have the same problem! make sure the policy is cancelled and pay make sure i get my money back!!

Its a pity that Google does not allow a zero star rating... Received a telemarketing call to which I said that they should send me their details on what they had to offer. The reply was that they could not do that unless they created a profile for me. I was assured that this constitutes no contract or anything, it was just to speed up the proccess should I wish to continue and make use of their service. I did not... But they debited my account and when asked that they give proof (this call will be recorded for quality, security, etc.) of where I gave them permission or agreed to any service, they could not. Unethical and dishonest.

Run for the hills. This company does not pay out if you have a claim. The will send you to the most expensive panelbeaters and then refuse to pay out. I got a quote for R4000. Then I had to use their panel beaters who came in at R6500 and R24 000 and then the refused my claim based on this. DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND
