A very great company who looks after their employees making sure they are treated fairly, if having any issues whether personally or work wise they are there to assist. I will strongly recommend Talksure for anyone who is looking for a job

Talk Sure is very quick to put the debit order through every month, but their service is terrible. I wonder...do they ever assist their clients??? Wish somebody can phone me!!!

Worst company to deal with. When they wanted my business they called every bloody hour , now I need them, they dont call back, fones are just ringing or I get a stupid: We are on training message. Worst company ever. I would rather take my business somewhere else. The agent was pushy and rude to get my business, even offended my mother. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE VULTURES!!!!

This company takes forever to answer their phones. Even when you get through they are rude. They quick and very polite when making a sale. Try calling the company and it is pathetic how long they take to answer your call. What happens when you need to claim from a policy taken with them and they cant answer the phone and make you wait so long. It becomes very frustrating when that happens. I will never take another policy from that company again.

Took out a policy in 2012 then cancelled for a better policy in 2017, yet Talksure SA still every month removes money from my account. Only to later on find it was a policy for my kids.....sorry for giving you so much grief.Maybe to prevent this please put a reference next to the deduction and not only Talksure.

They never answer their phones, is this company even legit, i need them to stop debiting an account.when we hold no cover wiht them. no one can assist me here

I so regret joining talksure (gap cover) after 5 + years.My first claim earlier in the year was done so unprofessional and lacked customer service. My email correspondence to Nivashnee Singh explained my disappointment and intentions. Nivashnee then goes and cancel my policy without my consent on the 25 August and then to my surprise I get debited for the new month. Did a follow up with her on the 7 September as to why I was debited and the response was as per the policy you need to give 30 days notice. Wow Nivashnee please prove to me that I requested you to cancel my policy. Its it now over two months and then dont what to pay my premium back. I have now joined a new gap cover and the premium is half the rate I was paying with the same or if not more benefits, total rip off for all these years.

Do the guys have telephone? How long do u have to wait for someone to pick up the call?

Rude and incompetent, got a call and started to speak to your call centre agent, he just cuts the call when he cant get his way, very disappointing company to be honest.

I get so many calls from this company despite asking to be removed from their database. The representatives become rude when you politely decline demanding that you justify yourself. At this stage I am instantly irritated when I hear the companys name.

Bunch of thugs!This company phones me atleast once a week to sell some policy to me. So I decide to take the motor warranty plan, but the day before i took the plan i had serviced my car and since then I haven’t driven 15000km so no need to service yet according to BMW. This cost me 5k but they told me to service it again at an rmi approved vendor I can’t afford to spend 5k again just to prove a point so I provide my service history. So now that I need help with my car. It was problem on problem on problem. Now i have given them every thing they have asked for and they stil only cover 9% of the total cost. Talksure you are happy to take my money every month, but when i need help you are Unwilling to help. This is criminal ways. You see how little you can pay to get by. So i have to go make a **** ton of debt to cover this cost and i could have just saved the money i paid you to pay for this.... I HAVE NEVER CLAIM NOTHING FROM YOU!

We are very happy with the service. The only draw back is that we have to pay for two policies instead of one. My husband and I are on different medical aids as per our company rules and I was told by your company we have to have different policies due to us being on separate medical aid. This however ever is extra cost to us as a family. That is the only negative we have and we have concidered canceling due to the extra cost but we are still looking around for other options.... I am quite happy with my Talksure Gap cover insurance. Most of my claim has been paid and I am certain the rest will be reviewed shortly and will have successful results. I was very impressed with their quick turnaround times in paying about R50K shortfalls due to doctors overcharging inside the hspt. This enabled me to settle outstanding accounts with service providers immediately. I have only had my cover for a few months at the time, meaning my claim being far more than my premiums at that stage. I will strongly recomnend the GAP cover for everyone even if you have a medical aid. It is just a pity they dont cover overcharging out of hdpt as well . ELIX 02
