Submitted my claim on the 13th of January and only got paid on the 20th of January.

Its was Fantastic, and clean.

I asked Durban branch for qoutation for a cremation all costs included in preparation of forthcomming death of my brotherinlaw on his death bed.asked for E.Mail qoute.few days later after passing of a loved one Phoned Avbob asking why i got no service think Gavin i dealt with only to hear had problem with emails.His telephonic qoute during this querie showed that my sister paid4thousand rand more for funeral arrangements using another funeral parlour as the deceased had to be removed from hospital at 2am As they had no morgue facilities.This is shocking lack of service and cause of unneccessary extra expenses.
