Very disappointed with ur products. Bought a RG950 generator from game. Did not last for 5 hours occasionally use. Game replaced... Guess what.... Again did not even last 6 hours occasional use. Would start... No power output. Sounds like the power unit side is seizing.Only used it to power 2x 100w Globes and it couldnt even do that. Ryobi... Power tools that dont give up.... Rubbish

I have lost all faith in RYOBI products and am extremely disappointed in the service!Purchased a lawnmower 23 Jan15 - motor burnt out 26 Jan 2616.Was just out of one year warranty and purchased before the new two year warranty policy, so purchased a new lawnmower.April 16 (three months later) - faulty, so returned to the service center and unit was swapped out.October16 (six months later) - faulty again, so returned to the service center again, only to be told that the motor had burnt out again and to buy another...Unacceptable! Why do your products keep burning out and having to be replaced/repaired.VERY unhappy customer and definitely will not be back.....
